śrīvasiṣṭha uvāca | atha vātamayīṃ kṛtvā jagatprekṣaṇakautukāt | dhāraṇāṃ dhīrayā vṛttyā vitatāmahamāgataḥ || 1 ||
Sri Vasistha said: Then, out of curiosity to observe the world, I have come to hold the wind-filled creation with a steady mind.
श्री वसिष्ठ ने कहा: फिर, संसार को देखने की उत्सुकता से, मैंने वायुमय सृष्टि को स्थिर मन से धारण कर लिया है।
संपन्नोऽस्म्यनिलो वल्लीललनालोकलासकः । कमलोत्पलकुन्दादिजालकामोदपालकः || २ ||
sampanno'smyanilo vallīlalanālokalāsakaḥ | kamalotpalakundādijālakāmodapālakaḥ || 2 ||
I am complete, being the wind, the swayer of the creepers, the delight of the eyes of women, the protector of the fragrance of the network of lotuses, water lilies, and jasmine.
मैं पूर्ण हूँ, वायु के रूप में, लताओं को हिलाने वाला, स्त्रियों की आँखों का आनंद, कमल, कुमुद और चमेली की जाली की सुगंध का रक्षक।
सीकरोत्करनीहारहेलाहरणतत्परः । सुरतश्रान्तसर्वाङ्गसमाह्लादनतर्षुलः || ३ ||
sīkarotkaranīhārahelāharaṇatatparaḥ | surataśrāntasarvāṅgasamāhlādanatarṣulaḥ || 3 ||
I am eager to carry away the sprays of water, the garlands of mist, and the fatigue of all the limbs after lovemaking, providing refreshment.
मैं पानी की फुहारों, कुहरे की मालाओं और प्रेम क्रीड़ा के बाद सभी अंगों की थकान को उठाने और ताजगी प्रदान करने के लिए उत्सुक हूँ।
तृणगुल्मलतावल्लीदलताण्डवपण्डितःलतौषधिफलोल्लासकुसुमामोदमण्डितः || ४ ||
tṛṇagulmalatāvallīdalatāṇḍavapaṇḍitaḥlatauṣadhiphalollāsakusumāmodamaṇḍitaḥ || 4 ||
I am skilled in the dance of grass, shrubs, and creepers, and I am adorned with the joy of herbs, fruits, and the fragrance of flowers.
मैं घास, झाड़ियों और लताओं के नृत्य में कुशल हूँ, और मैं औषधियों, फलों और फूलों की सुगंध की खुशी से सजा हुआ हूँ।
मृदुर्मङ्गलकालेषु ललनालोकलालकः । भीम उत्पातकालेषु पर्णवत्प्रौढपर्वतः || ५ ||
mṛdurmangalakāleṣu lalanālokalālakaḥ | bhīma utpātakāleṣu parṇavatprauḍhaparvataḥ || 5 ||
I am gentle during auspicious times, delighting the eyes of women, but fierce during times of calamity, like a mountain covered with leaves.
मैं शुभ समय में कोमल हूँ, स्त्रियों की आँखों का आनंद लेता हूँ, लेकिन आपदा के समय में भयंकर हूँ, पत्तों से ढके पर्वत की तरह।
नन्दने कुन्दमन्दारमकरन्दरजोरुणः | नरकेऽङ्गारसंभारभूरिनीहारभासुरः || ६ ||
nandane kundamandāramakarandarajoruṇaḥ | narake'ṅgārasaṃbhārabhūrinīhārabhāsuraḥ || 6 ||
In the celestial garden, the pollen dust of the jasmine flowers is reddish | In hell, it is as bright as the heap of burning coals
स्वर्गीय उद्यान में, चमेली के फूलों का पराग लालिमा लिए है | नरक में, यह जलती हुई अंगारों के ढेर की तरह चमकता है
सागरे सरलावर्तलेखानुमितसर्पणः | दिवि वारिदसंचारमृष्टामृष्टेन्दुदर्पणः || ७ ||
sāgare saralāvartalekhānumitasarpaṇaḥ | divi vāridasaṃcāramṛṣṭāmṛṣṭendudarpaṇaḥ || 7 ||
In the ocean, it moves like a straight line drawn by waves | In the sky, it is like a mirror reflecting the clear and unclear moon
समुद्र में, यह लहरों द्वारा खींची गई सीधी रेखा की तरह चलता है | आकाश में, यह स्पष्ट और अस्पष्ट चंद्रमा को दर्पण की तरह प्रतिबिंबित करता है

nakṣatrakṣatrasainyasya ratho raṃhovibṛṃhitaḥ | trailokyasiddhasaṃcāravimānadharaṇe hitaḥ || 8 ||
The chariot of the army of stars is adorned with joy | It is beneficial for the movement of the perfected beings in the three worlds
तारों की सेना का रथ आनंद से सजा है | यह तीनों लोकों में सिद्ध प्राणियों की गति के लिए लाभकारी है
सहोदर इव क्षिप्रगामित्वादस्य चेतसः | अनङ्गोऽपि समस्ताङ्गः स्पन्दानन्दनचन्दनः || ९ ||
sahodara iva kṣipragāmitvādasyacetasaḥ | anaṅgo'pi samastāṅgaḥ spandānandanacandanaḥ || 9 ||
Like a brother due to the swiftness of his mind | Although bodiless, he is complete in all limbs, the sandalwood of the forest of joy
मन की तीव्रता के कारण भाई की तरह | भले ही शरीरहीन हो, वह सभी अंगों में पूर्ण है, आनंद के वन का चंदन

He who shakes off the old hairs of the essence of snow flakes | The madness of youthful fragrance, the tenderness of silence and childhood
जो बर्फ के पालों की सार के पुराने बालों को झटकता है | युवा सुगंध का उन्माद, मौन और बचपन की कोमलता
नन्दनामोदमधुरो मधुरोदारसंसृतिःचारुचैत्ररथोन्मुक्तो हृतकान्तारतश्रमः || ११ ||
nandanāmodamadhuro madhurodārasaṃsṛtiḥcārucaitrarathonmukto hṛtakāntārataśramaḥ || 11 ||
The delightful fragrance of the Nandana garden, the sweet flow of nectar, the beautiful chariot of spring, released from the toil of the beloved's heart.
नन्दन वन की मधुर सुगंध, मधुर अमृत का प्रवाह, वसंत का सुंदर रथ, प्रिय के हृदय की थकान से मुक्त।
चिरं गङ्गातरङ्गाङ्गदोलान्दोलनसश्रमः | श्रमस्वरूपाज्ञतया निवारितततश्रमः || १२ ||
ciram gaṅgātaraṅgāṅgadolāndolanasashramaḥ | śramasvarūpājñatayā nivāritatataśramaḥ || 12 ||
Long enduring the fatigue of the swinging waves of the Ganges, the fatigue was removed by the knowledge of the nature of fatigue.
गंगा के तरंगों की झूले की थकान लंबे समय तक सहन करना, थकान की प्रकृति के ज्ञान से थकान दूर हो गई।
पुष्पभारानताः स्पर्शैर्वसन्तवनितालताः | चिरं चपलयँल्लोलदलहस्तालिलोचनाः || १३ ||
puṣpabhārānatāḥ sparśairvasantavanitālatāḥ | ciram capalayamlloladalahastālilocanāḥ || 13 ||
Bent under the weight of flowers, the spring vines touched by the spring breeze, long with flickering, dancing, delicate leaf-hands and eyes.
फूलों के भार से झुकी हुई, वसंत की लताएँ वसंत की हवा से छूई हुई, लंबे समय तक कंपित, नृत्य करती, कोमल पत्ती-हाथ और आँखें।
चिरं भुकत्वेन्दुबिम्बाग्रं सुप्ता पूर्णाभ्रतल्पके | विधूय कमलानीकमपनीतरतश्रमः || १४ ||
ciram bhukatvendubimbāgraṃ suptā pūrṇābhraṭalpake | vidhūya kamalānīkamapanītarataśramaḥ || 14 ||
Long enjoying the moon's orb at the top, sleeping on the bed of full clouds, having shaken off the array of lotuses, the fatigue removed.
लंबे समय तक चंद्रमा के गोले का आनंद लेते हुए पूर्ण बादलों के बिस्तर पर सोते हुए, कमलों की पंक्ति को झटककर, थकान दूर हो गई।
समस्तरजसामेको व्योमगामी तुरंगमः | आमोदमदमातङ्गसमुल्लासमहासुहृत् || १५ ||
samastarajasāmeko vyomagāmī turaṅgamaḥ | āmodamadamātaṅgasamullāsamahāsuhṛt || 15 ||
One with all the dust, going to the sky, the horse, the great friend of the joyful elephant's exultation.
सभी धूल के साथ एक, आकाश की ओर जाने वाला, घोड़ा, आनंदित हाथी के उल्लास का महान मित्र।
धीरेणाप्य तडिच्छृङ्गं पयोदपशुपालकः| तन्तुः सीकरमुक्तानामरिधर्मा रजोरुजाम्|| १६ ||
dhīreṇāpya taḍicchṛṅgaṃ payodapaśupālakaḥ| tantuḥ sīkaramuktānāmaridharmā rajorujām|| 16 ||
Even slowly, the lightning's peak, the protector of water and animals| The thread of pearl drops, the enemy of dust and disease|| 16 ||
धीरे-धीरे, बिजली का शिखर, पानी और पशुओं का रक्षक| मोती की बूँदों का धागा, धूल और रोगों का शत्रु|| १६ ||
आकाशकुसुमामोदः सर्वशब्दसहोदरः| नाडीप्रणालीसलिलं भूताङ्गोपाङ्गवर्तकः|| १७ ||
ākāśakusumāmodaḥ sarvaśabdasahodaraḥ| nāḍīpraṇālīsalilaṃ bhūtāṅgopāṅgavartakaḥ|| 17 ||
The fragrance of the sky's flowers, the one who bears all sounds| The water of the channels and veins, the one who revolves around the limbs of beings|| 17 ||
आकाश के फूलों की सुगंध, जो सभी आवाजों को सहन करता है| नाड़ियों और नसों का पानी, जो प्राणियों के अंगों के चारों ओर घूमता है|| १७ ||
मर्मकर्मकरैकात्मा हृद्गुहागेहकेसरी| नित्यमेकान्तपथिकः सारविज्जातवेदसः|| १८ ||
marmakarmakaraikātmā hṛdguhāgehakesarī| nityamekāntapathikaḥ sāravijjātavedasaḥ|| 18 ||
The one who performs secret actions, the lion of the heart's cave| The eternal solitary traveler, the one who knows the essence of all knowledge|| 18 ||
जो गुप्त कार्य करता है, हृदय की गुफा का सिंह| नित्य एकांत पथिक, जो सभी ज्ञान की सार जानता है|| १८ ||
आमोदरत्नलुण्टाको विमाननगरावनिःदाहान्धकारशीतांशुः शैत्येन्दुक्षीरसागरः || १९ ||
āmodaratnaluṇṭāko vimānanagarāvaniḥdāhāndhakāraśītāṃśuḥ śaityendukṣīrasāgaraḥ || 19 ||
The one who steals the gem of joy, the sound of the celestial city, the burning darkness, the cool moonlight, the ocean of cold moonlight.
आनंद के रत्न का चोर, दिव्य नगर की ध्वनि, जलती अंधेरी, ठंडी चांदनी, ठंडे चांदनी का समुद्र।
प्राणापानकलारज्ज्वा प्राणिनां यन्त्रवाहकः| अरिर्मित्रं च द्वीपानां द्वीपसंचारणे रतः|| २० ||
prāṇāpānakalārajjvā prāṇināṃ yantravāhakaḥ| arirmitraṃ ca dvīpānāṃ dvīpasaṃcāraṇe rataḥ|| 20 ||
The rope of the art of inhalation and exhalation, the carrier of the machine of living beings| The enemy and friend of islands, engaged in the movement of islands|| 20 ||
श्वास और प्रश्वास की कला का रज्जु, प्राणियों के यंत्र का वाहक| द्वीपों का शत्रु और मित्र, द्वीपों की गति में लगा हुआ|| २० ||
पुरोगतोऽप्यदृश्यात्मा मनोराज्यपुरोपमः| तालवृन्ततिलेतैलमालानं स्पन्ददन्तिनः|| २१ ||
purogato'pyadṛśyātmā manorājyapuropamaḥ| tālavṛntatiletailamālānaṃ spandadantinaḥ|| 21 ||
Even though preceding, the invisible self, similar to the kingdom of the mind| The garland of palm leaves, oil, and sesame, the vibrating teeth|| 21 ||

ekakṣaṇalavenaiva cālitākhilabhūdharaḥ | varṇāvalitarāṅgāṇāṃ gaṅgāvāha ivaikakṛt || 22 ||
In just a moment, the entire earth is shaken, as if the Ganges, with its waves adorned with colors, is made one.
एक क्षण में ही सारी पृथ्वी हिल उठती है, जैसे रंगों से सजी गंगा की लहरें एक हो गई हों।
धूमाम्बुवाहरजसां महावर्तकृदम्भसाम् | द्युनदीवाहवार्योघनभोनीलोत्पलालिकः || २३ ||
dhūmāmbuvāharajasāṃ mahāvartakṛdamphasām | dyunadīvāhavāryoghanabhonīlotpalālikaḥ || 23 ||
The clouds, which carry smoke and water, create great whirlpools and are like the blue lotuses of the sky, carrying the waters of the celestial rivers.
धूम और जल को लेकर चलने वाले बादल महान भँवर बनाते हैं और आकाश के नीले कमलों के समान होते हैं, जो दिव्य नदियों के जल को लेकर चलते हैं।
शरीरावेष्टितोन्मुक्तपुराणतृणचोपनः | स्पन्दपद्मवनादित्यः शब्दवर्षैकवारिदः || २४ ||
śarīrāveṣṭitonmuktapurāṇatṛṇacopanaḥ | spandapadmavanādityaḥ śabdavarṣaikavāridaḥ || 24 ||
The body is covered with released ancient grass, like the sun in the lotus pond, a single cloud of sound rain.
शरीर पुरानी घास से ढका हुआ है, जैसे कमल के तालाब में सूर्य, एक शब्द वर्षा का बादल।
व्योमकाननमातङ्गः शरीरगृहगर्गटः | धूलीकदम्बविपिनमालालिङ्गननायकः || २५ ||
vyomakānanamātaṅgaḥ śarīragṛhagargataḥ | dhūlīkadambavipinamālāliṅgananāyakaḥ || 25 ||
The elephant of the sky forest, the body is the house of the throat, the leader embracing the garland of the dust cloud forest.
आकाश के वन का हाथी, शरीर गले का घर है, धूल के बादल के जंगल की माला को आलिंगन करने वाला नायक।
स्त्यानीकरणसंशोषधृतिस्पन्दनसौरभैः | सशैत्यैः कर्मभिः षड्भिरलब्धक्षण आक्षयम् || २६ ||
styānīkaraṇasaṃśoṣadhṛtispadanasaurabhaiḥ | saśaityaiḥ karmabhiḥ ṣaḍbhir alabdhakṣaṇa ākṣayam || 26 ||
With the six actions of causing languor, drying up, supporting, quivering, fragrance, and coolness, the moment is not obtained, it is eternal.
थकान पैदा करने, सुखाने, सहारा देने, काँपने, सुगंध और ठंडक के छह कर्मों से, क्षण प्राप्त नहीं होता, यह अनंत है।
रसाकर्षणसव्यग्रो नित्यं भ्रातेव तेजसः | हरणादानकर्तॄणामङ्गानां विनियोगकृत् || २७ ||
rasākaraṣaṇasavyagrō nityaṃ bhrātēva tējasasa | haraṇādānakartṝṇāmaṅgānāṃ viniyōgakṛt || 27 ||
Always engaged in the extraction of essence, like a brother to energy, the one who utilizes the organs of giving and taking.
हमेशा रस को आकर्षित करने में व्यस्त, ऊर्जा के भाई की तरह, जो देने और लेने के अंगों का उपयोग करता है।
शरीरनगरे नाडीमार्गैर्गतिनिरर्गलः | रसभाण्डे परावर्तादायुर्मणिमहावणिक् || २८ ||
śarīranagarē nāḍīmārgairgatinirargalaḥ | rasabhāṇḍē parāvartādāyurmṇimahāvaṇik || 28 ||
In the city of the body, moving through the paths of the nerves, it rotates in the vessel of essence, the great merchant of life.
शरीर के नगर में, नाड़ियों के मार्गों से गति करते हुए, यह रस के भांडे में घूमता है, जीवन का महान व्यापारी।
शरीरनगरीनाशनिर्माणैकपरायणः | रसकिट्टकलाधातुपृथक्करणकोविदः || २९ ||
śarīranagarīnāśanirmāṇaikaparāyaṇaḥ | rasakiṭṭakalādhātupṛthakkaraṇakovidaḥ || 29 ||
Dedicated solely to the destruction and creation of the city of the body, skilled in the separate formation of essence, excrement, skin, and minerals.
शरीर के नगर के विनाश और निर्माण में एकाग्र, रस, मल, त्वचा और धातुओं के अलग-अलग निर्माण में कुशल।
प्रतिसूक्ष्माणुकं देहे ततो दृष्टं मया जगत् | तत्रेत्थं रूपवानस्मि स्फुटमाभोगि सुस्थिरम् || ३० ||
pratisūkṣmāṇukaṃ dēhē tatō dṛṣṭaṃ mayā jagat | tatrētthaṃ rūpavānasmī sphuṭamābhōgi susthiram || 30 ||
In every subtle atom of the body, I have seen the universe. There, I am manifested clearly and steadily.
देह के हर सूक्ष्म अणु में, मैंने ब्रह्मांड देखा है। वहाँ, मैं स्पष्ट और स्थिर रूप से प्रकट हूँ।
परमाणुप्रति त्वत्र प्रोह्यन्त इव सर्गकाः | न च किंचित्किलोह्यन्ते स्वा कृते किमिवोह्यते || ३१ ||
paramāṇuprati tvatra prohyanta iva sargakāḥ | na ca kiṃcitkilo hyantē svā kṛtē kimivōhyatē || 31 ||
Here, for every atom, creations seem to emerge. Yet, nothing is truly destroyed; what is the purpose of this creation?
यहाँ, हर परमाणु के लिए, सृष्टियाँ उभरती प्रतीत होती हैं। फिर भी, कुछ भी वास्तव में नष्ट नहीं होता; इस सृष्टि का क्या उद्देश्य है?
सचन्द्रार्कानिलाग्नीन्द्रपद्मवैश्रवणेश्वराः | सब्रह्महरिगन्धर्वा विद्याधरमहोरगाः || ३२ ||
sacandraarkānilāgnīndrapadmavaishravaneshvarāḥ | sabrahmaharigandharvā vidyādharamahoragāḥ || 32 ||
Along with the moon, the sun, the wind, the fire, Indra, the lotus, Kubera, and Shiva, along with Brahma, Vishnu, the Gandharvas, the Vidyadharas, and the great serpents.
चन्द्रमा, सूर्य, वायु, अग्नि, इंद्र, कमल, कुबेर और शिव के साथ, ब्रह्मा, विष्णु, गंधर्व, विद्याधर और महानागों के साथ।
ससागरगिरिद्वीपदिगन्तरमहार्णवाः | सलोकान्तरलोकेशक्रियाकालकलाक्रमाः || ३३ ||
sasāgaragiridvīpadigantaramahārṇavāḥ | salokāntaralokeshakriyākālakalākramāḥ || 33 ||
Along with the oceans, mountains, islands, directions, great oceans, along with the worlds, intermediate worlds, lords of the worlds, actions, times, and the order of arts.
समुद्रों, पर्वतों, द्वीपों, दिशाओं, महासागरों के साथ, लोकों, अंतरलोकों, लोकेशों, क्रियाओं, कालों और कलाओं के क्रम के साथ।
सस्वर्गभूमिपातालततलोकान्तरान्तराः | सभावाभाववैधुर्यजरामरणसंभ्रमाः || ३४ ||
sasvargabhūmipātālatatlokāntarāntarāḥ | sabhāvābhāvavaidhuryajarāmaraṇasaṃbhramāḥ || 34 ||
Along with heaven, earth, the underworld, the netherworld, the intermediate worlds, along with the nature of existence, non-existence, splendor, old age, death, and confusion.
स्वर्ग, भूमि, पाताल, अतल, अंतरलोकों के साथ, अस्तित्व, अनस्तित्व, शोभा, वृद्धावस्था, मृत्यु, और भ्रम के साथ।
एवं नाम तदा राम भूतपञ्चकरूपिणा | मया प्रविहृतं तत्र त्रैलोक्यनलिनोदरे || ३५ ||
evaṃ nāma tadā rāma bhūtapañcakarūpiṇā | mayā pravihṛtaṃ tatra trailokyanalinodare || 35 ||
Thus, O Rama, at that time, I, in the form of the five elements, was engaged in the creation of the three worlds in the lotus of the universe.
इस प्रकार, हे राम, उस समय, मैं पाँच तत्वों के रूप में, ब्रह्मांड के कमल में तीनों लोकों की सृष्टि में व्यस्त था।
रसः पीतोऽनुभूतश्च क्ष्माजलानिलतेजसाम् | मूलजालेन वृक्षाणां प्राणिनां वसता मया || ३६ ||
rasaḥ pīto'nubhūtaśca kṣmājalānilatejasām | mūlajālena vṛkṣāṇāṃ prāṇināṃ vasatā mayā || 36 ||
The essence was drunk and experienced by me, the root cause of the earth, water, wind, and fire, and the life of trees and living beings.
रस पीया गया और मैंने अनुभव किया, पृथ्वी, जल, वायु, और अग्नि का मूल कारण, और पेड़ों और जीवों का जीवन।
रसायनघनाङ्गेषु चन्दनद्रवशोभिषु | लुठितं चन्द्रबिम्बेषु तुषारशयनेष्विव || ३७ ||
rasāyanaghanāṅgeṣu candanadravaśobhiṣu | luṭhitaṃ candrabimbeṣu tuṣāraśayaneṣviva || 37 ||
In the limbs anointed with fragrant oils and adorned with sandalwood paste, it is as if smeared on the moon's surface, like a bed of snow.
रसायन से घन अंगों में चन्दन के द्रव से शोभित, चन्द्रमा के बिम्ब पर लगा हुआ सा है, बर्फ के शयन की तरह।
सर्वर्तुवनजालेषु नानामोदानि दिक्ष्वलम् | भुक्तानि पुष्पजालानि प्रोच्छिष्टं ददताऽलये || ३८ ||
sarvartuvanajāleṣu nānāmodāni dikṣvalam | bhuktaāni puṣpajālāni procchiṣṭaṃ dadatā'laye || 38 ||
In the gardens of all seasons, various fragrances pervade in all directions, as if the remnants of consumed flower garlands are offered in the abode.
सभी ऋतुओं के वनों में, विभिन्न सुगंधें सभी दिशाओं में फैली हुई हैं, जैसे भक्षित फूलों के मालाओं के अवशेष आलय में अर्पित किए गए हों।
ततोन्नतासु मृद्वीषु स्वास्तीर्णास्वम्बराजिरे | सुप्तं शुभ्राभ्रमालासु नवनीतस्थलीष्विव || ३९ ||
tatonnatāsu mṛdvīṣu svāstīrṇāsvambarājire | suptaṃ śubhrābhramālāsu navanītasthalīṣviva || 39 ||
Then, on the elevated, soft beds spread with fine cloth, it is as if sleeping on the bright cloud garlands, like beds of fresh butter.
फिर, ऊँचे, कोमल शय्याओं पर जो सुंदर कपड़ों से बिछी हुई हैं, वह चमकीले बादलों की मालाओं पर सोने के समान है, ताजे मक्खन की शय्याओं की तरह।
सुमनःपत्रमृदुषु नीललक्ष्मीविलासिषु | सुरसिद्धाङ्गनाङ्गेषु दूरास्तस्मरवासनम् || ४० ||
sumanaḥpatramṛduṣu nīlalakṣmīvilāsiṣu | surasiddhāṅganāṅgeṣu dūrāstasmravāsanam || 40 ||
In the soft petals of flowers, in the blue splendor, in the limbs of the celestial nymphs, the fragrance of sandalwood is perceived from afar.
फूलों के कोमल पत्रों में, नीले शोभा में, देवांगनाओं के अंगों में, चन्दन की सुगंध दूर से महसूस की जाती है।
कृतः कुमुदकह्रारकमले नलिनीवने | कोमलः कलहंसीभिर्लीलाकलकलारवः || ४१ ||
kṛtaḥ kumudakahrārakamale nalinīvane | komalaḥ kalahaṃsībhirlīlākalakalāravaḥ || 41 ||
In the lotus pond filled with white and red lotuses, a gentle sound of playful swans is created.
सफेद और लाल कमलों से भरे कमल तालाब में, खेलते हंसों की कोमल ध्वनि उत्पन्न होती है।
सरत्सरिच्छिरासारा मूलभूमण्डलान्विताः | अङ्गैरूढाः स्फुरद्भूता लोमालय इवाद्रयः || ४२ ||
saratsaricchirāsārā mūlabhūmaṇḍalānvitāḥ | aṅgairūḍhāḥ sphuradbhūtā lomālaya ivādrayaḥ || 42 ||
The mountains, adorned with various flowing rivers and lakes, appear as if they are wearing garments of shining beings, like the hairs on a body.
पर्वत अनेक प्रवाहमान नदियों और झीलों से सुशोभित हैं, और चमकते प्राणियों के वस्त्रों के समान दिखाई देते हैं, जैसे शरीर पर बाल।
खाद्रयः प्रथिता दीर्घसरित्सूत्रैः समुद्रकैः | आदर्शैरिव विश्रान्तमङ्गेषु प्रतिबिम्बिभिः || ४३ ||
khādrayaḥ prathitā dīrghasaritsūtraiḥ samudrakaiḥ | ādarśairiva viśrāntamaṅgeṣu pratibimbibhiḥ || 43 ||
The famous mountains are adorned with long rivers and oceans, reflecting like mirrors in their parts.
प्रसिद्ध पर्वत लंबी नदियों और समुद्रों से सुशोभित हैं, जो अपने अंगों में दर्पणों की तरह प्रतिबिंबित होते हैं।
भूतसर्गेण विश्रान्तं सिद्धविद्याधरादिना | मद्देहे चेतितेनेव मक्षिकायौकरूपिणा || ४४ ||
bhūtasargeṇa viśrāntaṃ siddhavidyādharādinā | maddehe cetiteneveva makṣikāyaukarūpiṇā || 44 ||
The creation of beings is rested in the perfect knowledge of the Siddhas and Vidyadharas, as if it is embodied in my conscious form, like a bee in a lotus.
प्राणियों की सृष्टि सिद्धों और विद्याधरों के पूर्ण ज्ञान में विश्राम करती है, जैसे कि यह मेरे चेतन रूप में अंकित है, जैसे कि एक भौंरा कमल में।
मत्प्रसादेन मुदितैर्लब्धमर्कादिभिर्वपुः | कृष्णरक्तसितापीतहरितैर्हरितैरिव || ४५ ||
matprasādena muditairlabdhamarkādibhirvapuḥ | kṛṣṇaraktasitāpītaharitairharitairiva || 45 ||
By my grace, the joyful beings have obtained bodies that are black, red, white, yellow, and green, as if they are stolen.
मेरी कृपा से, आनंदित प्राणी काले, लाल, सफेद, पीले और हरे शरीर प्राप्त करते हैं, जैसे कि वे चुराए गए हों।
समुद्रमुद्रया सप्तद्वीपसप्तात्मरूपया | संस्थया स्थापिता भूमिः प्रकोष्ठे वलयोपमा || ४६ ||
samudramudrayā saptadvīpasaptātmarūpayā | saṃsthayā sthāpitā bhūmiḥ prakoṣṭhe valayopamā || 46 ||
The earth is established with the seal of the ocean, having the form of seven continents and seven souls, like a ring in a chest.
पृथ्वी समुद्र की मुद्रा से स्थापित है, जिसमें सात महाद्वीपों और सात आत्माओं का रूप है, जैसे कि संदूक में एक अंगूठी।
विद्याधरपुरन्ध्रीणां परामृष्टाङ्गयष्टिना | अदृष्टेनैव विहितः पुलकोल्लास आत्मना || ४७ ||
vidyādharapurandhrīṇāṃ parāmṛṣṭāṅgayaṣṭinā | adṛṣṭenaiva vihitaḥ pulakollāsa ātmanā || 47 ||

विद्याधर की स्त्रियों के शरीर को अदृश्य से स्पर्श किया गया, जिससे उनके शरीर में पुलक उठे।
सरिच्छिरामलस्फाररसानि सुषिराणि च | जगन्त्येवास्थिजालानि ममासन्संस्थितानि च || ४८ ||
saricchirāmalasphārarasāni suṣirāṇi ca | jagantyevāsthijālāni mamāsansaṃsthitāni ca || 48 ||
The pure, clear, and resonant essences of the rivers, the hollow spaces, and the network of bones all existed within me.
नदियों के शुद्ध, स्पष्ट और प्रतिध्वनित रस, खोखले स्थान और हड्डियों का जाल सभी मेरे अंदर विद्यमान थे।
असंख्यैर्व्योममातङ्गैश्चन्द्रार्कचलचामरैः | उदुम्बरान्तर्मशकैरिव मद्धृदये स्थितम् || ४९ ||
asaṃkhyairvyomamātaṅgaiścandrārkacalacāmaraiḥ | udumbarāntarmaśakairiva maddhṛdaye sthitam || 49 ||
Innumerable celestial elephants, moon, sun, and mountains seemed to be in my heart, like insects within a fig tree.
असंख्य आकाशीय हाथी, चंद्रमा, सूर्य और पर्वत मेरे हृदय में स्थित थे, जैसे अंजीर के पेड़ में कीड़े।
सर्वपातालपादेन भूतलोदरधारिणा | स्वमूर्ध्नापि तदा राम न त्यक्ताथ पराणुता || ५० ||
sarvapātālapādena bhūtalodaradhāriṇā | svamūrdhnāpi tadā rāma na tyaktātha parāṇutā || 50 ||
O Rama, even with my head, I did not give up the subtlety of supporting the entire underworld and the earth's core at that time.
हे राम, उस समय भी मैंने अपने सिर से पूरे पाताल और पृथ्वी के केंद्र को सहारा देने की सूक्ष्मता को नहीं छोड़ा।
दिक्षु सर्वासु सर्वत्र सर्वदा सर्वकारिणा | सर्वात्मनाप्यसर्वेण शून्यरूपेण संस्थितम् || ५१ ||
dikṣu sarvāsu sarvatra sarvadā sarvakāriṇā | sarvātmanāpyasarveṇa śūnyarūpeṇa saṃsthitam || 51 ||
In all directions, everywhere, always, by the doer of all, by the all-pervading self, yet not by the self, it is established in the form of emptiness.
सभी दिशाओं में, हर जगह, हमेशा, सबकुछ करने वाले, सर्वव्यापी आत्मा द्वारा, फिर भी आत्मा द्वारा नहीं, यह शून्य रूप में स्थित है।
किंचित्त्वे सदकिंचित्त्वं साकृतित्वं निराकृति | अनुभूतं सजाड्यं च चेतनत्वमलं मया || ५२ ||
kiṃcittve sadakiṃcittvaṃ sākṛtitvaṃ nirākṛti | anubhūtaṃ sajāḍyaṃ ca cetanatvamalaṃ mayā || 52 ||
I have experienced a little bit of existence, a little bit of non-existence, form, formlessness, experience, inertness, and consciousness.
मैंने थोड़ा अस्तित्व, थोड़ा अनस्तित्व, रूप, अरूप, अनुभव, जड़ता और चेतना का अनुभव किया है।
मैनाकमुग्धपीनस्य सागरस्यावनिं प्रति | सन्ति सर्गसहस्राणि स्थाणुभूतान्यथो मया || ५३ ||
mainākamugdhapīnasyā sāgarasyāvaniṃ prati | santi sargasahasrāṇi sthāṇubhūtānyatho mayā || 53 ||
There are thousands of creations of the vast ocean, which are motionless, and I have experienced them.
विशाल सागर की हजारों सृष्टियाँ हैं, जो स्थिर हैं, और मैंने उन्हें अनुभव किया है।
जगन्त्यङ्गे मयोढानि गूढानि प्रकटान्यपि | प्रतिबिम्बपुराणीव मुकुरेणाजडात्मना || ५४ ||
jagantyaṅge mayoḍhāni gūḍhāni prakaṭānyapi | pratibimbapurāṇīva mukureṇājaḍātmanā || 54 ||
In the body of the universe, there are hidden and manifest creations, like reflections in a mirror, by the non-material self.
ब्रह्माण्ड के शरीर में, छिपे और प्रकट सृष्टियाँ हैं, जैसे दर्पण में प्रतिबिम्ब, अजड़ आत्मा द्वारा।
एवं जलानिलाग्नित्वं भूमित्वं खात्मना मया | कृतं चितेव स्वप्नेषु बत मायाविजृम्भितम् || ५५ ||
evaṃ jalānilāgntvaṃ bhūmitvaṃ khātmanā mayā | kṛtaṃ citeva svapneṣu bata māyāvijṛmbhitam || 55 ||
Thus, the elements of water, air, fire, earth, and space have been created by me, as if in a dream, indeed it is a manifestation of illusion.
इस प्रकार, जल, वायु, अग्नि, भूमि और आकाश के तत्वों को मैंने स्वप्न में की तरह बनाया है, वास्तव में यह माया का प्रकटीकरण है।
परमाणु प्रति व्योम परमाणु प्रति स्थितम् | सर्गवृन्दं यथा स्वप्ने स्वप्नान्तरयुतं पुरम् || ५७ ||
paramāṇu prati vyoma paramāṇu prati sthitam | sargavṛndaṃ yathā svapne svapnāntarayutaṃ puram || 57 ||
In every atom, there is space, and in every atom, there is a creation, like a city in a dream within a dream.
हर परमाणु में आकाश है, और हर परमाणु में एक सृष्टि है, जैसे स्वप्न के भीतर एक स्वप्न में एक नगर।
स्वमेवाहमभूवं भूमण्डलं द्वीपकुण्डलम् | सर्वात्मनापि न व्याप्तं किंचनापि मया क्वचित् || ५८ ||
svamevāhamabhūvaṃ bhūmaṇḍalaṃ dvīpakuṇḍalam | sarvātmanāpi na vyāptaṃ kiṃcanāpi mayā kvacit || 58 ||
I myself became the earth, the island-continent, but nothing was pervaded by me in any way.
मैं स्वयं ही पृथ्वी, द्वीप-महाद्वीप बन गया, लेकिन मेरे द्वारा किसी भी तरह से कुछ भी व्याप्त नहीं हुआ।
समुत्पादयताशेषं लतातरुतृणाङ्कुरम् | भूतलेन रसाः कृष्टा मयार्थेनैव पुंभृताम् || ५९ ||
samutpādayatāśeṣaṃ latātarutṛṇāṅkuram | bhūtalena rasāḥ kṛṣṭā mayārtheneiva puṃbhṛtām || 59 ||
I produced all the plants, trees, grasses, and sprouts, and the earth was cultivated for the benefit of all living beings.
मैंने सभी पौधे, पेड़, घास और अंकुरों को उत्पन्न किया, और पृथ्वी को सभी जीवों के लाभ के लिए खेती की गई।
अवदाततमे युद्धबोधकालमुपेयुषि | जगल्लक्षाणि तिष्ठन्ति न तिष्ठन्ति च कानिचित् || ६० ||
avadātatame yuddhabodhakālamupeyuṣi | jagallakṣāṇi tiṣṭhanti na tiṣṭhanti ca kānicit || 60 ||
In the time of war, some signs appear, while others do not.
युद्ध के समय, कुछ चिह्न दिखाई देते हैं, जबकि कुछ नहीं दिखाई देते।
चिति यास्तु चमत्कारं चमत्कुर्वन्ति यस्त्वतः | स्वचमत्कृतयोऽन्तस्थास्तदेताः सृष्टिदृष्टयः || ६१ ||
citi yāstu camatkāraṃ camatkurvanti yastvataḥ | svacamatkṛtayo'ntasthāstadetāḥ sṛṣṭidṛṣṭayaḥ || 61 ||
Those who create wonder are themselves wonders, and these internal wonders are the views of creation.
जो आश्चर्य पैदा करते हैं, वे स्वयं आश्चर्य हैं, और ये आंतरिक आश्चर्य सृष्टि के दृष्टिकोण हैं।
अनुभूतं कृतं कष्टं यावत्क्वचन किंचन | परमार्थचमत्कारादृते नेहोपलभ्यते || ६२ ||
anubhūtaṃ kṛtaṃ kaṣṭaṃ yāvatkvacana kiṃcana | paramārthacamatkārādṛte nehoplabhyate || 62 ||
Whatever is experienced, done, or suffered, nothing is perceived here without the ultimate wonder.
जो कुछ भी अनुभव किया जाता है, किया जाता है, या सहन किया जाता है, वह परम आश्चर्य के बिना यहाँ अनुभव नहीं किया जाता।
प्रत्येकं विश्वरूपात्मा सर्वकर्ता निरामयः| प्रबुद्धः शुद्धबोधात्मा सर्वं ब्रह्मात्मकं यतः || ६३ ||
pratyekaṃ viśvarūpātmā sarvakartā nirāmayaḥ| prabuddhaḥ śuddhabodhātmā sarvaṃ brahmātmakaṃ yataḥ || 63 ||
Every individual is the embodiment of the universe, the doer of all, free from disease, awakened, pure in consciousness, because everything is of the nature of Brahman.
प्रत्येक व्यक्ति विश्व का स्वरूप है, सब कुछ करने वाला है, रोगमुक्त है, जाग्रत है, शुद्ध चेतना से भरा है, क्योंकि सब कुछ ब्रह्म का स्वरूप है।
सर्वः सर्वत्र सर्वात्मा सर्वगः सर्वसंश्रयः| एतत्प्रबुद्धविषयमप्रबुद्धं न वेद्म्यहम् || ६४ ||
sarvaḥ sarvatra sarvātmā sarvagaḥ sarvasaṃśrayaḥ| etatprabuddhaviṣayamaprabuddhaṃ na vedmyaham || 64 ||
Everything is everywhere, the soul of all, pervading all, the support of all. This is the subject matter for the awakened; the unawakened do not understand this.
सब कुछ हर जगह है, सब का आत्मा है, सब कुछ व्याप्त करता है, सब का आधार है। यह जाग्रत व्यक्ति का विषय है; अजाग्रत व्यक्ति इसे नहीं समझते।
आकाशकोशविशदात्मनि चित्स्वरूपे येयं सदा कचति सर्गपरम्परेति| सान्तस्तदेव किल ताप इवान्तरूष्मा भेदोपलम्भ इति नास्ति सदस्त्यनन्तम् || ६५ ||
ākāśakośaviśadātmani cittasvarūpe yeyaṃ sadā kacati sargaparamparāiti| sāntastadeva kila tāpa ivāntarūṣmā bhedopalambha iti nāsti sadastyānantam || 65 ||
In the pure consciousness, which is like the clear sky, this world always shines as a series of creations. That peace itself is like the inner heat of fever, the perception of difference does not exist; there is only the eternal truth.
शुद्ध चेतना में, जो साफ आकाश की तरह है, यह दुनिया हमेशा सृष्टि की एक श्रृंखला के रूप में चमकती है। वही शांति बुखार की आंतरिक गर्मी की तरह है, भेद का अनुभव नहीं है; केवल अनंत सत्य है।
